For standing timber we assess your woodland by calculating the estimated standing volume and product breakout percentage (this is the percentage of each cuttable product out of each stem taken as an average over the whole stand of trees. For example, a Sitka Spruce stand may contain 45% Sawlog, 25% Pallet, 15% Posts and 15% Chipwood. By ensuring we have the right operators on site cutting the products of most value we guarantee that we are getting the client the highest possible return on their timber)Â
